Since 1971, Otah Inc’s otah recipe have been kept within the family for almost 40 years. It has been passed down from generation to generation - from a humble Nonya family’s weekend dish to a snack enjoyed by Singaporeans around the country.

Suffice to say that Otah Inc uses only the freshest ingredients to prepare our otah everyday. We prepare it fresh, we sell it fresh. That much we can promise you.

Our Otah Products

The wide diversity of cultures and ethnic in Singapore has always had great influence on the food here as well. Otah Inc recognizes that and is always on the lookout for innovative and new ways of enjoying otah. In December 2007, Otah Inc infused two favorite local flavours into otah, thus introducing our very own and very original Laksa and Tom Yam otah. In early 2008 we introduced the Cheesy Thin Crust, and shortly after, Otah Taquitos.

  1. Barbeque Otah (Spicy Nonya, Non-spicy, Tom Yam, Laksa) – This is the most tradition form of otah. Marinated fish paste wrapped in banana leaf and cooked on the stove.
  2. Otah Toast – This is a spin-off from the traditional way of eating otah wrapped in bread. A generous slab of fresh otah spread over a slice of white bread and toasted to a crisp. Enjoy your choice of flavoured otah on a crusty toast coupled with the aroma of bbq banana leaf.
  3. Cheesy Thin crust – Otah spread on Taiwanese spring onion dough, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and fresh lettuce. This combination promises a burst of flavours with every bite.
  4. Otah Taquito – Our best creation so far. We wrap otah in a Mexican wrap and topped it up with extra ingredients inside. Toppings include choice of real crab meat, prawns or chicken chunks.
